The cost of shipping is the cost. ALL of our products are NEW & FACTORY SEALED.

We do not attempt to make profit with shipping charges. Unfortunately, we have no control over the cost charged by the shipping companies. ALL products must be packaged for shipment. The size & weight of the item determines shipping costs, not the price of the item.

All products are shipped U.S.P.S ground with Insurance coverage. No exceptions. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items in shipping, or the time it takes for delivery. Your products have a manufacturer warranty that comes with them. If your item becomes lost, or you receive a package that looks damaged, please alert the carrier. You will receive a tracking # by email when your item is sent. Of course contact us with any problems or questions you may have so we may help you.

Any item in stock will be shipped within 24 hrs. Items not in stock will be orderd within 24-48 hrs. of payment received. It takes 6-12 business day's for us to receive an order. Items not in stock will be shipped to you "Priority" rush mail at no extra charge. Usually this takes 2-3 wks . We ask for 3-4 wks delivery time for the unexpected. Thank you, BWBB
